The Russian education project "Farmer's School" in Izhevsk has succesfully been finished
von Sekretariat
"When the storm of life blows, some build walls, others sails".
Our "sail" is to always make qualified (further) education internationally accessible.
The federal project "Farmer's School" started on 24 February. The theoretical and practical lessons have taken place in 2 promising areas for Udmurt agriculture: Beef cattle breeding and artisanal cheese making.
A particularly important role played the basics of cooperation, efficient product promotion and distribution and the creation of a strong regional brand.
DEULA-Nienburg also made its professional contribution to the program.
Our online seminars on beef cattle breeding and artisanal cheese production took place on the 8th and 9th of April 2021.
Wilfried Naue from the Lower Saxony Chamber of Agriculture and Veronika Obermayer from the "Wendland Ziege" farm have prepared a wide range of material and provided the participants with a wealth of specialist knowledge.
In order not to suffocate the long online seminar days with mere theory, DEULA-Nienburg filmed numerous videos in advance on the various farms. This gave the participating (future) farmers and students the opportunity to get an up-to-date insight into the everyday work of German farms.
On the 16th of April, all participants will be presented with their diplomas for further vocational training in the field of "Farm Management" in a festive atmosphere.
DEULA-Nienburg will also issue a certificate to all participants and honor their future participation in any DEULA professional program in Germany with a nice discount.
DEULA-Nienburg would like to thank the Izhevsk State Agricultural Academy for inviting us to make a professional contribution to the project.
We would also like to thank all the cooperating experts, farms and colleagues whose work has led to an outstanding further training program, especially considering this challenging time for all of us.
